Hvornår er næste Dining Week?
Næste Dining Week er fra fredag d. 9. oktober til søndag d. 18. oktober 2026!
Hvornår starter billetsalget?
Vi har tidligere oplevet, at interessen for billetter til Dining Week er så overvældende, at vores systemer gik ned. Derfor har vi oprettet en kø til billetkøberne for at gøre det nemmere og mere behageligt at købe billetter. Og så får du adgang til billetterne før det officielle billetsalg.
Når billetkøen er afviklet, og dem, som har skrevet sig op, har haft mulighed for at købe billetter, bliver billetsalget åbent for alle.

Er der Dining Week i hele landet?
Dining Week er for hele landet. I år er der Dining Week i mere end 72 byer.
Vi er altid åbne for at få flere deltagende restauranter med fra hele landet, men i sidste ende er det op til restauranterne selv, hvilke af vores festivaler de ønsker at deltage i, og om det passer ind i deres hverdag.
Kender du til en restaurant, som du synes, bør deltage i Dining Week? Du er meget velkommen til at sende os en mail på info@diningweek.dk med input til hvilke restauranter kunne være interessante. Så tager vi kontakt til dem og inviterer dem til at deltage næste gang.
Hvad koster en billet til Dining Week?
Restauranterne kan tilbyde enten 3 retter, 5 serveringer eller en tastingmenu.
Til Dining Week uge 7, 2026 er prisen:
- 3 retters: 250 kr. + 29 kr. i billetgebyr pr. person
- 5 serveringer: 350 kr. + 29 kr. i billetgebyr pr. person
- Tasting menu: 525 kr. + 29 kr. i billetgebyr pr. person
Dining Week anvender gebyret til markedsføring, administration, kundesupport og teknisk håndtering af billetsalget.
Hvorfor skal jeg bruge SMS-engangskode eller MitID ved betaling?
I 2021 trådte der et nyt EU-krav for onlinehandel i kraft. Det betyder, at man skal godkende betalinger på nettet med enten MitID eller en sms-kode også kaldet to-faktor-godkendelse. Dette for at give dig en større sikkerhed og identifikation ved online betalinger. Hvis du har problemer med at få tilsendt koder eller godkende med dit MitID, skal du kontakte NETS eller din bank.
Hvad går billetgebyret til?
Dining Week anvender gebyret til markedsføring, administration, kundesupport og teknisk håndtering af billetsalget. Gebyret gør, at vi kan yde support til de deltagende restauranter og over 120.000 spisende gæster, som har brug for hjælp før og under festivalerne. Derudover arbejder vi hele tiden på at fornye og forbedre websitet og systemerne, så oplevelsen fortsat er i top for både restauranter og gæster.
Kan jeg refundere mine billetter?
Vi forstår godt at det ikke altid går efter planen når der skal bookes Dining Week billetter, så som en særlig service tilbyder vi ekstraordinært, at du til og med den 18. januar, 2026 har mulighed for refundere dine Dining Week billetter fraregnet billetgebyr.
Ønsker du at refunderer dine billetter benytter du blot linket i den mail du har modtaget med dine billetter. Så sker refunderingen automatisk.
Alternativt sender du os en mail på info@diningweek.dk så hjælper vi med at refunderer inden den 18. januar 2026.
Fra d. 19. januar 2026 kan ordren ikke længere refunderes og følgende er derfor gældende:
I henhold til "Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 17 stk. 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a" er køb af billetter ikke omfattet af fortrydelsesretten. Du kan derfor ikke få pengene retur eller ændre i dine købte billetter. Billetter kan ikke refunderes med mindre arrangementet ikke gennemføres.
Hvis du ikke selv kan benytte dine billetter til Dining Week, kan billetterne godt overleveres til en anden.
I tilfælde af force majeure – hvor der sker lovmæssige ændringer (pandemi, vejrudfordringer, en restaurant må lukke ned og lignende), som gør, at arrangementet ikke kan afholdes, refunderes dine billetter og det fulde beløb. Du vil modtage en mail med information herom.
Dining Week oplevelsen leveres af restauranten, og hverken Dining Week eller Madbillet er ansvarlig for levering af tjenesteydelsen. Ved køb af Dining Week billetter accepterer du Madbillets betingelser. Alle henvendelser vedrørende kompensation for manglende kvalitet, skal ske direkte til restauranten.
Vi anbefaler altid at du tager fat i restauranten på selve aftenen hvis du har nogle forespørgsler.

Hvad hvis jeg bliver syg?
I henhold til "Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 17 stk. 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a" er køb af billetter ikke omfattet af fortrydelsesretten. Du kan derfor ikke få pengene retur hvis du bliver syg.
Hvis du ikke selv kan benytte dine billetter til Dining Week, kan billetterne godt overleveres til en anden.
Kan restauranterne tage hensyn til allergier?
Restauranterne kan desværre ikke lave specielle menuer til allergikere eller kræsne munde. Vi håber på, at vi med et bredt udbud af restauranter kan tilbyde en lækker menu, der passer netop dine smagsløg. Så det er ikke muligt at lave ændringer i menuen — og det er ikke noget, du som gæst kan kræve.
Kan jeg skrive mig op til udsolgte restauranter?
Det er desværre ikke muligt at skrive sig op til udsolgte restauranter, men du kan holde øje med vores Facebook- og Instagram-side. Her offentliggør vi sædvanligvis, hvis der bliver sat flere billetter til salg hos udsolgte restauranter.
Kan jeg modtage et nyhedsbrev?
Ja! Vil du være blandt de første til at høre om nye restauranter til Dining Week eller have adgang før alle andre via vores billetkø?

Kan man købe gavekort til Dining Week?
Ja, vi har gjort det nemt for dig. Du bestiller det online på vores hjemmeside og bestemmer du selv, hvilket beløb gavekort skal lyde på. Derefter modtager du gavekortet i din indbakke og kan printe den ud og forære til en heldig modtager. Gavekortet er gyldigt til Dining Week to år frem fra købsdatoen.
Husk at skrive dig op i billetkøen, da du ikke automatisk bliver tilmeldt køen ved køb af gavekort.

Er du giveren af et gavekort kan du downloade guiden, printe den ud og vedlægge sammen med gavekortet for at gøre det nemt for modtageren.

Jeg har ikke modtaget mine købte billetter på email. Hvad gør jeg?
Tjek dit spamfilter eller få dine billetter gensendt HER. Hvis du stadig ikke har modtaget dine billetter kan du skrive til os op info@diningweek.dk.
Kan jeg ændre dato eller tidspunkt for mine købte billetter?
Du kan ikke få pengene retur for din booking, hvis ikke billetterne kan flyttes til en ny dato eller tidspunkt. I henhold til "Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 17 stk. 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a" er køb af billetter ikke omfattet af fortrydelsesretten. Billetter må gerne gives videre til andre.
Jeg har allerede købt billetter og vil gerne have en eller flere ekstra gæster med?
Vi kan desværre ikke redigere i en ordre, når den er betalt og afsluttet. Så hvis du ønsker at tilføje en ekstra person til din ordre skal billetterne bestilles samlet i én ordre. Laver du flere ordrer, kan vi IKKE garantere, at I kommer til at sidde sammen.

Kan man sætte to bookinger sammen?
Vi kan desværre ikke redigere i en ordre, når den er betalt og afsluttet. Så hvis du ønsker at sidde sammen med venner eller familie, skal billetterne bestilles samlet i én ordre. Laver du flere ordrer, kan vi ikke garantere, at I kommer til at sidde sammen.

Skal børn købe billet?
Ja, alle der skal sidde med ved bordet og spise med i restauranterne — voksne såvel som børn — skal købe billet.
Kan jeg tilkøbe vinmenu?
Nogle restauranter udbyder også vinmenuer, som du kan tilvælge, når du køber billetter til Dining Week. Antallet af vinmenuer kan desværre ikke ændres efter gennemført køb, men du kan også tilkøbe drikkevarer på restauranten, når du ankommer.
Kan jeg bytte eller ændre mine købte billetter?
I henhold til "Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 17 stk. 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a" er køb af billetter ikke omfattet af fortrydelsesretten.
Billetter må gerne gives videre til andre.
Kan jeg forære mine billetter til andre?
Ja, skal du ikke selv benytte dine billetter til Dining Week, kan du sagtens overlevere dine købte billetter til en anden.
Kan man nøjes med at fremvise billetter på sin telefon/iPad?
Ja, du kan godt fremvise dine billetter på telefon eller iPad, og billetterne skal ikke nødvendigvis medbringes i print.
Kan I udskrive eller fremsende billetterne for mig?
Nej, det kan vi desværre ikke. Du kan heller ikke hente billetter fysisk hos os.
Køen og billetsalg
Hvad betyder det at komme i billetkøen?
Når du skriver dig op i billetkøen, modtager du en mail med et specifikt tidspunkt og et link, som giver dig adgang til at købe billetter, før vi åbner op for det officielle billetsalg.
Du skal have en gyldig e-mailadresse for at kunne skrive dig op. Der vil ikke blive uddelt tidspunkter meget tidligt eller meget sent på dagen — du skal jo også have lov at sove :-)
Hvor og hvornår kan man skrive sig op i billetkøen?
Billetkøen til Dining Week uge 7 er afviklet - og der er nu åbent for billetsalget for alle.

Hvornår er det så min tur?
Når du skriver dig op i køen, sender vi dig en e-mail med dit unikke købslink og adgangstidspunkt, hvor dette link bliver aktivt til billetkøb.
Vær opmærksom på, at tidspunktet er vejledende, og at vi forbeholder os retten til at udskyde dit tidspunkt i tilfælde af tekniske problemer. Dette får du besked om, når du klikker på linket.
Dit tidspunkt er et fra-tidspunkt, så har du ikke mulighed for at købe billet på lige præcist det tidspunkt, kan du bare gøre det senere, når det passer dig.
Hvor mange billetter kan jeg købe, når jeg får adgang til billetsalget?
Når du først har adgang til billetsalget — enten via billetkøen, eller når salget er åbent for alle — må du købe alle de billetter, du ønsker. Du behøver kun at skrive dig op i billetkøen én gang, uanset hvor mange dage, du ønsker at købe billetter til.
Husk, at i henhold til "Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 17 stk. 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a" er køb af billetter ikke omfattet af fortrydelsesretten.
Hvad nu, hvis jeg ikke kan finde min kø-mail i indbakken?
Hvis din mail med købslinket og adgangstidspunkt er forsvundet, skal du blot indtaste din emailadresse i køen igen, så gensender vi mailen til dig. Du mister ikke din plads i køen, men får gensendt dit oprindelige tidspunkt. Alt dette er forudsat, at du har tastet din e-mailadresse korrekt i første omgang. Ellers kan vi desværre ikke hjælpe dig.
Hvad gør jeg, hvis jeg ikke modtager en e-mail?
Modtager du af tekniske årsager ikke en e-mail, efter du har skrevet dig op i køen, kan du indtaste din e-mail i køen igen og få tilsendt det samme link.
Husk at tjekke dit spamfilter, hvis du ikke har modtaget en mail i din indbakke inden for 1 time.
Er der billetter nok til alle i køen?
Der er rigtig mange billetter til salg, men der er ingen garanti for, at der er billetter til alle i køen. Derfor er dit adgangstidspunkt vejledende, og vi tager forbehold for udsolgte billetter, inden køen er afviklet.
Vi kan desværre ikke garantere, at alle restauranter er klar til at sætte billetter til salg, når billetsalget åbnes, eller at din favoritrestaurant ikke er udsolgt.
Der kan løbende blive frigivet flere billetter — sker det, vil vi offentliggøre det på vores Facebook- og Instagram-side.
Hvornår ender køen?
Dem, der er skrevet op i køen, vil få mulighed for at købe billetter, før vi åbner op for det officielle billetsalg. Når billetkøen er afviklet, vil billetsalget blive frigivet til alle.
Hvad gør jeg, hvis jeg ikke ønsker at købe billetter alligevel?
Hvis du alligevel ikke ønsker at købe billetter til Dining Week, men har fået tilsendt en e-mail med købslink og adgangstidspunkt, lader du bare være med at bruge dit tildelte link.
Får jeg automatisk en plads i køen, hvis jeg køber et gavekort?
Nej, køb af gavekort giver ikke automatisk en plads i billetkøen. Husk derfor at skrive dig op i billetkøen eller tilmelde dig vores nyhedsbrev, hvis du har et gavekort.

When is the next Dining Week?
Next Dining Week is from Friday, Oktober 9th to Sunday, Oktober 18th, 2026!
When does ticket sales start?
We have previously experienced such overwhelming interest in tickets for Dining Week that our systems crashed. Therefore, we have created a queue for ticket buyers to make it easier and more comfortable to purchase tickets. You will also get access to the tickets before the official sale begins.
Once the ticket queue has been processed and those who signed up have had the opportunity to purchase tickets, the ticket sale will open to everyone.

Does Dining Week take place nationwide?
Dining Week will take place across the country. This year, Dining Week is taking place in more than 72 cities. We're always open to having more participating restaurants from all over the country, but ultimately, it's up to the restaurants to decide which of our festivals they want to participate in and if it fits into their schedule.
Do you know of a restaurant that you think should be part of Dining Week? You are always very welcome to send us an email at info@diningweek.dk with input as to which restaurants might be interesting. We will then contact them and invite them to participate next time.
What does a ticket to Dining Week cost?
Restaurants can offer either a 3-course menu, 5 servings, or a tasting menu.
For Dining Week week 7, 2026, the prices are:
- 3 courses: 250 DKK + 29 DKK in ticket fee per person
- 5 servings: 350 DKK + 29 DKK in ticket fee per person
- Tasting menu: 525 DKK + 29 DKK in ticket fee per person
The fee applies to marketing, administration, customer support, and technical handling of ticket sales.
Why do I need to use an SMS one-time code or MitID for payment?
In 2021, a new EU requirement for online shopping came into effect. This means that online payments must be approved with either MitID or an SMS code, also known as two-factor authentication. This is to provide you with greater security and identification for online payments. If you encounter issues receiving codes or approving with your MitID, please contact NETS or your bank.
What is the ticket fee used for?
Dining Week uses the fee for marketing, administration, customer support, and technical handling of ticket sales. The fee enables us to provide support to the participating restaurants and over 120,000 dining guests who may need assistance before and during the festivals. Additionally, we continuously work on renewing and improving the website and systems to ensure that the experience remains excellent for both restaurants and guests.
Can I refund my tickets?
We understand that things don’t always go according to plan when booking Dining Week tickets, so as a special service, we are exceptionally offering you the opportunity to refund your Dining Week tickets (excluding the ticket fee) up until and including 18 January 2026.
If you wish to refund your tickets, simply use the link in the email you received with your tickets. The refund will then be processed automatically.
Alternatively, you can send us an email at info@diningweek.dk, and we will help you with the refund before 18. January 2026.
From 19 January 2026, orders can no longer be refunded, and the following terms will apply:
According to the "Act on Certain Consumer Agreements Section 17, subsection 2, cf. Section 9, subsection 2, no. 2a", the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. Therefore you cannot get your money back or change your purchased tickets. Tickets can only be refunded if the event is cancelled.
If you are unable to use your Dining Week tickets yourself, the tickets may be transferred to another person.
In cases of force majeure—including legislative changes (such as pandemics), extreme weather conditions, restaurant closures, or similar circumstances that prevent the event from taking place—your tickets will be refunded in full. You will receive an email with further information in such cases.
The Dining Week experience is delivered by the restaurant, and neither Dining Week nor Madbillet is responsible for the delivery of the service. By purchasing Dining Week tickets, you accept Madbillet’s terms and conditions. Any inquiries regarding compensation due to insufficient quality must be directed directly to the restaurant.
We always recommend that you contact the restaurant on the evening of your visit if you have any questions or concerns.

What do I do if I get sick?
In accordance with the “Act on Certain Consumer Contracts § 17 (2) cf. § 9 (2) no. 2a”, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. Therefore, you cannot get a refund should you become sick.
If you cannot use your Dining Week tickets yourself, you can pass the tickets on to someone else.
Can the restaurants accommodate allergies?
Unfortunately, the restaurants cannot create special menus for allergies or picky eaters. We hope that with a diverse selection of restaurants, we can offer a delicious menu that suits your taste buds. Consequently, it's not possible to make changes to the menu — and it's not something a guest can demand.
Can I sign up for a sold-out restaurant?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to sign up for sold out restaurants, but you can keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages. We typically announce if additional tickets are released for sold out restaurants there.
Can I sign up for a newsletter?
Yes! Do you want to be among the first to hear about new restaurants for Dining Week or get access to the ticket sale before everyone else?
Then sign up for our newsletter.
Dining Week is part of Event Tickets ApS. We send newsletters leading up to and during Dining Weeks. During the period between Dining Weeks, we ensure to limit the number of newsletters but reserve the right to occasionally send newsletters about relevant events organized by Event Tickets ApS.

Giftcard
Can you buy a gift card to Dining Week?
Yes, we have made it easy for you. You can buy it online on our website and choose the amount for the gift card. After that, you will receive the gift card in your inbox and can print it out to give to a lucky recipient. The gift card is valid for Dining Week for two years from the purchase date.
Remember to sign up for the ticket queue, as you are not automatically enrolled in the queue when purchasing a gift card.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Are you the lucky recipient of a Dining Week gift card? We have created a redemption guide that you can use.
If you are the giver of a gift card, you can download the guide, print it out, and include it with the gift card to make it easy for the recipient.

Tickets
I have not received my purchased tickets via email. What do I do?
Please check your spam filter or have your tickets resent to your mail HERE. If you're still not receiving the tickets, you can contact us at info@diningweek.dk.
Can I change the date or time of my purchased tickets?
You cannot get a refund for your booking if the tickets cannot be moved to a new date or time. According to the "Act on Certain Consumer Agreements Section 17, subsection 2, cf. Section 9, subsection 2, no. 2a", the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. Tickets may be passed on to others.
I have already purchased tickets and would like to bring one or more additional guests?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been paid and completed. If you wish to add an extra person to your order, tickets must be purchased together in one single order. If you place multiple orders, we CANNOT guarantee that you will be seated together.
If you would like to add an extra person to your order, please send us an email at info@diningweek.dk, and we will assist you in creating a combined order, provided there is availability at the restaurant at the specified time.
This ensures that you will be seated together, as the restaurant will be able to see in the system that you should be seated at the same table.
Can I combine two bookings?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been paid and completed. If you wish to add an extra person to your order, tickets must be purchased together in one single order. If you place multiple orders, we CANNOT guarantee that you will be seated together.
If you would like to make changes to your order, please send us an email at info@diningweek.dk, and we will assist you in creating a combined order, provided there is availability at the restaurant at the specified time.
This ensures that you will be seated together, as the restaurant will be able to see in the system that you should be seated at the same table.
Do children need to purchase a ticket?
Yes, everyone dining in the restaurants, both adults and children, needs to purchase a ticket.
Can I add a wine menu?
Some restaurants also offer wine menus that you can add when purchasing tickets for Dining Week. The number of wine menus cannot be changed after the purchase is completed, but you can also buy beverage at the restaurant when you arrive.
Can I make changes to my purchased tickets?
According to the "Act on Certain Consumer Contracts Section 17, subsection 2, cf. Section 9, subsection 2, no. 2a", the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Tickets may be passed on to others.
Can I give my tickets to others?
Yes, if you're unable to use your Dining Week tickets yourself, you can certainly pass on your purchased tickets to someone else.
Can I just show the tickets on my phone/iPad?
Yes, you can indeed present your tickets on your phone or iPad, and it's not necessary to bring printed tickets.
Can you print or send my tickets?
No, unfortunately, we cannot. You cannot physically collect you tickets from us either.
The queue and ticket sales
What does it mean to join the ticket queue?
When you sign up for the ticket queue, you will receive an email with a specific time and a link that grants you access to purchase tickets before we open the official ticket sales.
You need a valid email address to sign up. Time slots will not be distributed very early or very late in the day — after all, you deserve your rest :-)
Where and when can I sign up for the ticket queue?
The ticket queue for Dining Week week 7 has ended - and ticket sales are now open for everyone.
When is it my turn?
When you sign up for the queue, we will send you an email with your unique purchase link and access time when this link becomes active for ticket purchase.
Please note that the timing is indicative, and we reserve the right to postpone your time in case of technical issues. You will be notified about this when you click the link.
Your time is a starting point, so if you are unable to purchase a ticket precisely at that time, you can do so later when it suits you.
How many tickets can I purchase when I get access to ticket sales?
Once you have access to ticket sales, either through the ticket queue or when sales are open to everyone, you may purchase as many tickets as you would like. You only need to sign up for the ticket queue once, regardless of how many days you want to buy tickets for.
Just remember that tickets cannot be refunded or changed afterwards.
What if I can't find my queue email in the inbox?
If your email with the purchase link and access time has disappeared, simply enter your email address in the queue again, and we will resend the email to you. You do not lose your place in the queue, but you will receive a resend of your original time. All of this assumes that you entered your email address correctly initially. Otherwise, unfortunately, we cannot assist you.
What do I do if I don't receive an email?
If, for technical reasons, you do not receive an email after signing up for the queue, you can enter your email in the queue again to receive the same link.
Remember to check your spam filter if you haven't received an email in your inbox within 1 hour.
Are there enough tickets for everyone in the queue?
There are a lot of tickets available, but there is no guarantee that there are tickets for everyone in the queue. Therefore, your access time is indicative, and we reserve the right for tickets to be sold out before the queue is processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all restaurants are ready to sell tickets when ticket sales open or that your favorite restaurant is not sold out.
Additional tickets may be released periodically — if this happens, we will announce it on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
When does the ticket queue end?

If you decide not to purchase tickets for Dining Week after receiving an email with the purchase link and access time, you simply refrain from using your assigned link.
Do I automatically get a spot in the queue if I purchase a gift card?
No, purchasing a gift card does not automatically secure a spot in the ticket queue. Therefore, remember to sign up for the ticket queue or subscribe to our newsletter if you have a gift card.
