What are Dining Weeks queue for the tickets?
We have experienced that the interest for the tickets to Dining Week is so overwhelming that our servers went down. Therefore we have created the queue for the tickets to make it easier and more comfortable to buy tickets.
Why is the time for the queue for the tickets opening unknown?
It is simply to avoid that our systems crash.
What does it mean to be signed up for the queue for the tickets?
When you sign up for the queue for the tickets, you get assigned a time when you can buy tickets. You receive your assigned time by e-mail. In other words, you need a valid email to sign up. The assigned times for purchasing tickets will not be very early or very late of the day - you must be allowed to sleep :)
You can purchase the number of tickets you want and there is no time limit on your purchases when your access is granted. Your purchased tickets cannot be altered or refunded.
When is it my turn then?
We will send you an e-mail with your unique purchase-link and a assigned time from when this link is valid for the ticket sale.
Be aware of the assigned time is guiding and that we keep the rights to postpone your time in case of technical problems. You will be notified about this when you click on the link.
Your assigned time is a from-time. Are you not able to buy the tickets at this exact assigned time, you can do it whenever it suits you later on.
What if I do not receive an email?
If you do not receive the email because of technical issues you can always write your email again and receive the same link. Remember to check your spam/junk folder, if you have not received the e-mail within an hour in your inbox.
What if I have lost my email?
If your e-mail with the purchase-link has vanished, you can always write your e-mail again and then we will resend the e-mail to you. You do not lose your number for the queue for the tickets. This is provided that you have written your e-mail correctly in the first place. Otherwise, we cannot help you then.
How many tickets can I buy?
You only have to sign up for the queue for the tickets once to have access to all the tickets you need - and on several days if you feel like it. You can purchase as many tickets as you want as long as it is from the same pc/smartphone/tablet. But remember to only buy the number of tickets that you need as the tickets cannot be refunded or changed.
Are there tickets enough for everybody in the queue?
There are a lot of tickets for sale, but there is no guarantee that there are tickets enough for everyone in the queue. Your number for the queue for the tickets is indicative and we take reservations for sold out before the queue is settled.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all the restaurants are ready for the ticket sale from the beginning of January or that your favorite restaurant is sold out.
When does the queue for the tickets end?
Those who have signed up for the queue for the tickets will get the opportunity to buy tickets before we open the official sale. When the queue is settled, the sale will be released to regular sale via Dining Week’s website. While the queue for the ticket sale is running, you can still secure a spot in the queue before the sale is released for everyone.
What do I have to pay extra attention to?
When you have received the link and time, remember that the link only can be used from one computer and not from several units (iPads, iPhones etc.)
What if I do not want to buy tickets anyway?
If you do not want to buy a ticket for Dining Week but have received an e-mail, you just leave the assigned link.
Do I automatically have a spot in the queue for the tickets if I have bought a gift card for Dining Week?
No, you still have to sign up for the queue for the tickets to get access to the presale before it opens for everybody else, even though you have bought a gift card.

Are there any fees when the purchase of tickets?
Yes, there is a 26 DKK fee per ticket.

Can you print or send the tickets for me?
No, unfortunately, we cannot.
Can you settle for showing the tickets on my phone/tablet?
Yes, during French Dining Week 2019 the tickets can be displayed on a phone, tablet etc. and does therefore not have to be brought printed.
I already have tickets but wants one or more extra guest along?
Unfortunately, you cannot add more guests to your order. If you want to sit together with friends or family the tickets HAVE TO be bought in the same order. The tickets cannot be changed after purchase and we cannot add extra tickets to an existing order.
Can the restaurant’s menus be changed?
The menu is settled and there cannot be made any changes. Unfortunately, we cannot make special menus for allergic or discerning mouths.
We hope that with a wide selection of restaurants we can offer a delicious menu that fits your taste buds. The restaurants can from supplier failure and similar have to change a few ingredients in the menu.
Notice that some restaurants offer vegetarian menus. This need to be ordered when you buy the tickets.
Some restaurants also offer wine menus when you buy your Dining Week ticket. You can also buy the wine menu at the restaurant.
What times can you eat at?
The restaurants decide what times you can arrive. You can see the times by searching under the restaurant you would like to visit.
NOTICE that you have the table in a limited period of time. It can vary from restaurant to restaurant but all usually have more “seats” at one night, so that other guests can have the Dining Week-experience.
Do children have to buy tickets?
Yes, everyone that is going to eat and use a chair in the restaurant - adult as a child - have to buy a ticket.
